Water boarding for those who have no idea what it is...
You are strapped down to a table. Your head is placed over a sink. A person tells you that "You will not drown"
"No matter what happens, we will not let you drown."
Once the person is reassured that he is safe, water is poured over the face in a lite trickle, continuously. The person under going enhanced interrogation begins to believe he will drowned. His heart rate goes up and even though they were told they would not drowned, the mind tells the body it will, and to save your life, you will tell the interrogator everything to avoid having the water boarding again.

Oh, yes. I have something in mind to get Pelosi to tell the truth. I have a pair of pliers and several cotton balls. I will remove her teeth with the pliers one at a time, being sure to plug the holes in her head with a cotton ball or two. I guarantee she will not bleed to death, but I also guarantee she will tell the truth, and also will understand what torture is all about.
