(She looks like Darth Sidius from Star Wars)For 18 months Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) has stated that the Bush Administration never informed her of Water Boarding Terrorists to get information. Well it seems that a 10 page memo released by the CIA indicates that she was one of the first members of Congress informed back in September 2002.

The memo, issued by the Director of National Intelligence and the Central Intelligence Agency to Capitol Hill, notes the Pelosi-Goss briefing covered "EITs including the use of EITs on Abu Zubaydah." EIT is an acronym for enhanced interrogation technique. Zubaydah was one of the earliest valuable al-Qaeda members captured and the first to have the controversial tactic known as water boarding used against him.
In December 2007 the Washington Post reported that leaders of the House and Senate intelligence committees had been briefed in the fall of 2002 about water boarding -- which simulates drowning -- and other techniques, and that no congressional leaders protested its use.
What is water-boarding?
They restrain you onto a bed. They place a facecloth over your face. Someone tells you that you will not drowned. Then they pour water over the facecloth at a steady cascade. Because someone told you that you will not drowned, you automatically think that you will. It is a mind game. Yet they call it torture.
