ANKARA, Turkey (AP) - making his first visit to a Muslim nation as president, declared Monday the United States "is not and will never be at war with Islam."
The U.S. president is trying to mend fences with a Muslim world that felt it had been blamed by America for the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks.

His "slobbering love affair with Islam" was predictable, and his abandonment of Israel went hand-in-hand with it. Now that he has crippled the economy for generations, and effectively started the downward slide of our military power, he can get on with the business of forming his "Ozombie Internal Defense Force" from his adoring worshipers. That will leave only two final agenda items to close out; citizenship for the trespassers, and taking the firearms from the patriots who would try to save the Republic and/or the Constitution. Not bad for being in office less than three months.
