Al Franken declared the winner

I have only one thing to say about that....

Now you see how he won. He used the same tactic as Al Gore in 2000, except the judge agreed with Al Frankin, whereas the Judge in 2000 said no way to Al Gore. This one thing that Gore failed to get, is what made George W. Bush President.
