Guantanamo Bay terrorism detainees could be headed to Virginia?

Everyone knows that this is a different kind of war, and that the enemy does not follow the rules of warfare. In World War Two we held thousands of German POW's all over the United States, but unlike the Muslim Terrorists, the Germans did not pack high explosives to their bodies, and walk into schools, restaurants, or Disneyland. The only direct fear we had from Germany was the U-Boat activity along the Atlantic Coast and the Gulf of Mexico. They destroyed alot of ships, and killed alot of people, but these ships were in direct support of the War effort making them legitimate targets. A park or movie theater is not. So, if we bring these people to the lower 48 states, namely Virginia, then how long will it be before their fellow brothers in arms hit a movie theater or school in Richmond, demanding their release. Remember, Obama is in office, and like Clinton, and Nevil Chamberlain, he will appease.
